Monday :  Skillet Nachos with tomatoes, scallions, olives, beans, frozen corn, zucchini + bagged salad

Tuesday : Olives, cheese, bread, fruit

Wednesday : Spinach Salad with baked miso tofu on top

Thursday :  Frozen Burgers without the bun, cheese, toppings + bagged salad

Friday : Stirfry veggies (frozen bag, or snap peas, carrots, frozen edamame, frozen broccoli, red onion)  with crumbled Tempeh

Saturday :  Frozen Spinach and edamame goat  cheese patties + tomato, carrot, parsley, kalamata olive salad

Sunday : Bell pepper and red onion pizza with salad on top.

LUNCHES : Bean, cheese, and spinach quesadillas

  • 1 small baguette
  • Various cheeses (brie, toscano, etc)
  • Apples x 2, bananas x 4, small peelable oranges x 5
