Monday :  Lentil soup with bake cubed tofu, topped with yogurt, red onion, tomato.

Tuesday : Pasta, 180 grams, with zuchinni, shredded carrots, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan cheese

Wednesday : Tacos with kidney beans, cheese, scallions, black olives, tomatoes

Thursday : Baked Mexican-inspired tofu (salsa on the outside) with argula salad

Friday :  Tofu + eggplant stirfry with snow peas

Saturday : Pizza with mozarella, tomato, basil. 

Sunday : Chopped salad with baked tofu and miso dressing

LUNCHES : Cheese and tofurkey sandwiches, with hummus and carrots, and an apple.
