Monday :  Tofurkey sautee with steamed asparagus with feta on top.

Tuesday : Baked Ricotta with sun-dried tomatoes and kalamata, thinly sliced bread.

Wednesday : BBQ tofu baked, tomato, scallion, bell pepper raw salad.

Thursday :  Apple, cranberry, spinach, pecan salad with feta cheese with sauteed seitan.

Friday : 3.5 oz pasta with tomatoes, scallions, cilantro with tofurkey and baked brussel sprouts.

Saturday :  Indian lentil with quinoa and indian veggies

Sunday : Mozzarella, red onion, pineapple, and jalepenos pizza.

LUNCHES : Sandwiches with tofurkey, and cheese.
